Your information & your choices

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

When you apply for a consultation, Caleb personally reviews your application and uses your information to decide whether coaching may be a good fit and to follow up with you. You can ask us to stop contacting you or delete your lead record by emailing caleblifts57@gmail.com.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Calebsthetics Coaching, LLC, based in Rolla, Missouri, United States ("we," "us," or "our"), is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy applies to www.calebsthetics.com, consultation applications submitted through the website, and related follow-up communications.

This policy does not cover information collected while delivering paid coaching services, client check-ins, or payment processing. Those activities are addressed separately during client onboarding. Our website and application are intended for adults age 18 and older.

2. Information we collect

Please do not enter medical diagnoses, injury details, payment details, or other sensitive information in the application message. Payment information is not requested by this form.

3. How we use your information

We use application information to assess whether our coaching may fit your needs, manage prospective-client records, respond to you, arrange a consultation, and personally follow up about coaching. An initial application confirmation email may be sent automatically or manually. Later outreach may include personally written emails or texts, phone calls, or messages to social media accounts you provide.

Submitting an application does not subscribe you to a general newsletter or automated promotional text campaign. You can ask us to stop application-related sales follow-up at any time by replying to a message or contacting the email below.

We also use information to operate and secure the website, prevent spam, respond to privacy requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. With your advertising permission, we use advertising identifiers and Meta events to measure ad performance. Application suitability is reviewed by a person; we do not make solely automated decisions about accepting you as a client.

4. Who processes or receives information

Caleb is the only person within our business authorized to use the lead records. This does not mean that no other organization processes information: providers help host the site, transmit applications, store records, and deliver communications.

We do not sell or rent application lists, share leads with other coaches or referral partners, or currently upload applicant contact lists to advertising audiences. If we introduce retargeting or other new uses, we will update this notice and obtain any additional permission required.

We may disclose limited information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, address fraud, or secure our services. Advertising disclosures can be considered "sharing" or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even when no money changes hands.

5. Advertising and browser storage choices

Advertising tracking is off until you select "Accept" in the advertising cookies banner. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or submitting an application. When accepted, the landing and application pages load Meta Pixel and may read or use Meta identifiers, including _fbp and _fbc. Campaign identifiers may also be kept in session storage for the current browser session.

We store your advertising preference in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time using "Privacy Choices" in the footer or the button below. We honor a browser's Global Privacy Control signal by keeping advertising tracking off. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice may not persist across page visits.

Withdrawing permission stops future Pixel loading on this site and clears the first-party advertising identifiers our code manages. It does not erase events previously received by Meta. You can use Meta's privacy and account controls for information Meta holds. This privacy policy page does not itself load Meta Pixel.

6. Retention and deletion

Our retention period for an application that does not become a client relationship is six months after submission. We delete the lead record at the end of that period or sooner when you make a valid deletion request, unless a legal obligation or a specific legal dispute requires limited retention. Records created as part of a client relationship fall outside this website policy.

A deletion request also stops further application-related sales outreach. We address application copies held in systems we control and request provider assistance where needed; removing a spreadsheet row alone does not remove other copies. Provider backups, security logs, and delivery histories may persist under their retention cycles and applicable obligations. A minimal record of an opt-out may be kept where needed to honor your request not to be contacted.

Deleting your lead record does not automatically delete advertising events already received by Meta or information independently controlled by other providers. We will explain any limits that apply to your request rather than promise deletion we cannot perform.

7. Your privacy requests

Email caleblifts57@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your application information, or to stop follow-up. Include enough information to locate your application, such as the email address you used. We may need to verify your identity before providing or deleting records; please do not send identity documents unless we specifically arrange a necessary verification step.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy, restrict processing, object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or opt out of targeted advertising or qualifying sales or sharing. We respond within the time required by applicable law. If a request is declined, you may reply to ask us to reconsider, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

8. International visitors

We operate in the United States and accept applications from adults in other countries. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your country.

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, our bases for processing include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in managing inquiries and securing the website, compliance with legal obligations, and consent for optional advertising technologies. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. Where required, international transfers must use an applicable recognized transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information.

9. Security and adults-only applications

We limit business access to lead records and use service providers to process and store them. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We do not knowingly solicit applications from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete the application as appropriate.

10. Updates and contact

We may revise this policy as our website or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or request consent when required for material changes.
